Important Information for Educational (School) or Community Group Visits

GROUP RATES / PRICES only apply to Educational and Community Groups

 Package 1.

€8 per child for 2 hour visit to the museum. The required rate of supervising adults go for free

Package 2.

€10 per child for 2 hour visit to the museum and a Goodie Bag for each child. Goodie Bag includes an Imaginosity Eraser, Imaginosity Pencil, Lollipop and a surprise The required rate of supervising adults go for free

Adult / Child Ratios

As per normal Imaginosity policy, we require 1 supervising adult for every 10 children over the age of 3 years attending and 1 supervising adult for every 3 children attending under the age of 3 years.

Visit Times

Midweek Visit Times: 9.30 - 11.30 or 11.30 - 1.30. Afternoon times may be available on request

Weekend Visit Times: 10.00 - 12.00 or 16.00 - 18.00

Food, Beverages & Eating

We do not permit food or drink to be consumed within the museum. However, we offer groups 3 options for lunches/eating while visiting us.

Lunch Options

Coffee Shop

A Group Lunch Menu is available from the coffee shop. 

Option 1. €3.00 Selections of Sandwiches, Popcorn, Fruit and Ribena

Option 2. €3.50 Giant Hot Dog in a tasty bun and Ribena

Option 3. €3.50 Fish Fingers with Potato Wedges served with a pot of ketchup on the side and Ribena

Lunch Room Hire

A lunch room is available to hire for €0.50 extra per child in which you can eat your own food. The lunchroom must be used during your 2 hour visit and must be organised with Imaginosity in advance of your visit.

Picnic Area

There are benches available outside the building to use as a picnic area before or after your visit. Obviously this option is weather dependent as the bench area is not covered.
